Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- He welcomes and informs clients and prospects entering the agency and helps to improve the waiting experience.
- He discovers the expectations of his interlocutors and proposes suitable solutions, detects contact opportunities, directs them to a salesperson of appropriate level, and schedules appointments.
- He handles the complaints.
- He promotes the bank's remote distribution channels (Internet, Interactive Voice Response, Self-Service Banking, etc.), notably by conducting demonstrations of ATMs.
- He applies the rules and reflexes of BNP Paribas customer service on a daily basis, both in terms of physical reception in branches and remotely by phone and email.
- He carries out daily banking operations (taking orders or subscribing to products, for example).
- He contributes to the achievement of the agency's objectives by selling products and services tailored to his role.
- He detects potential areas for improvement in the management of the agency and participates in the search for suitable solutions, in particular he regularly checks the proper functioning of the automated systems.
- He manages the communication materials related to promotional activities and the communication plan: he places orders, supplies and updates the materials (posters, leaflets and promotional displays) within the agency.
- After checking, it returns the cards held by the machines and replenishes them with consumables.
- He accompanies customers to the safes.
- It contributes to activities related to the day-to-day management of ATMs and/or the management of the agency's assets.

- The agency's organizational chart and the roles of each person.
- The organisation and services by BNP Paribas branch format.
- The guidelines of the commercial action plan.
- The operation of ATMs, simple products, and services offered by the multi-channel bank.
- Processing channels (e.g., payment methods).
