Roles & Responsibilities
Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
Take initiative to add a personalized experience
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest s stay through up-selling
Desired Candidate Profile
Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent organizational skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
Prefer Opera PMS
Prefer worked former with Accor
