Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Take appointments, process repair orders, quotes and invoices.

Identify customer problems and log them for technicians to review.

Order stock as required to match customer needs for repair items.

Ensure customer approval is obtained for all remedial work to be carried out.

Promote the company s range of vehicle parts and accessories.

Provide internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers.

Deal with customer requirements and complaints and estimate costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintain customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle.

Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs and as directed by direct superior

Desired Candidate Profile

As a first point of customer interface he will be responsible for establishing rapport and trust with all walk in customers.

Responsible for gaining and sustaining customers confidence in the scope of services offered. This is done by ensuring that professional performance and commitment to customer care are always maintained.

- BSC in Engineering is a must, preferable Automotive or Mechanical.

- 0 3 years of experience

- Very Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Mature, Reliable, Creative and self-motivated

- Excellent command of English language

- Excellent Computer skills

- Excellent analytical thinking

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Very good command of English language.
