Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and interviews as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors and staff regarding company services and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
  • Support the HR and administrative teams with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or on a contractual basis as required.
