Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and interviews as required.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and staff regarding company services and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Support the HR and administrative teams with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or on a contractual basis as required.
