Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and courteous front-office experience.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure the readiness of facilities.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services efficiently.
  • Support administrative tasks, including document filing and data entry.
  • Maintain an organised and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Assist the Secretarial & Business Support department with ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

A successful Reception (UAE National) should have:
