Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible to maximize business revenue and profit objectives by managing the reception area in compliance with the brands quality standards and ensuring that all service advisor teams achieve the revenue set target. Maintain a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction by providing the customer with an excellent service experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent degree.
  • 4-6 experience in-service operation in a reputable dealership of which 2 years should be in a Managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
  • Strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Advanced organizational, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English verbal and written.
