Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties:

  • Handle and log phone calls; assist management with scheduling, correspondence, and meetings
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, archives, and databases
  • Welcome visitors and ensure showroom, conference room, and office organization
  • Manage filing, archiving, office supplies, and petty cash in coordination with Accounting
  • Perform basic HR tasks (attendance, leaves)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, monitor contracts, and follow up on shipments
  • Manage office operations, and opening/closing procedures
  • Handle walk-in client transactions when needed
