Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Welcoming and directing visitors, clients and suppliers.
Answering phone calls and ensuring the transmission of messages.
Manage the calendar, appointments and reservations.
Provide administrative support: archiving, filing, document entry, correspondence.
To inform and guide customers according to their needs.
Profile
Good diction and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer tools: Word, Excel, email, possibly booking software / ERP.
A sense of hospitality and customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (versatility).
