Job Overview
About the Role:
BYD Iraq is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and supporting the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation.

Coordinate with different departments to facilitate office operations.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
