Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with security protocols.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Coordinate with facility management for office maintenance and supplies.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
- Support onboarding of new employees and facilitate their initial experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to work full-time, onsite, and adapt to flexible schedules as needed.
