Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, providing a warm and professional reception.
Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries in a courteous manner.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and distribute them accordingly.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Manage office supplies and ensure the front desk is equipped with necessary materials.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic clerical duties.
Support internal and external communication by managing emails and phone calls.
Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree preferred).
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A positive, customer-oriented attitude and professional appearance.
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures is a plus.
