Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.

  • Manage the reception area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable.

  • Answer incoming phone calls, screen calls, and redirect them to appropriate departments.

Visitor Coordination

  • Register visitors and issue visitor passes according to company policies.

  • Inform employees of visitor arrivals and coordinate meeting arrangements.

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.

Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms.

  • Provide basic administrative support to departments when required.

Communication & Coordination

  • Respond to general inquiries from visitors and employees.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Maintain contact lists and basic office records.

Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, or administrative roles
