Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Warmly greet clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
· Manage the reception and office area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
· Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
· Manage office supplies orders.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front desk operations.
· Assist in managing client expectations, answering questions, and providing information about our real estate projects and services.
· Take orders for and prepare beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, water, etc.) for clients, ensuring an attentive and hospitable experience.
· Maintain attendance track sheets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
· Diploma/degree in office administration or business is a plus.
· Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a receptionist, preferably in real estate, property management, or a corporate setting.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Presentable and professional appearance suitable for a client-facing environment.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-faced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills with an exceptional level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a polished appearance.
· Motivated by the desire to grow professionally within the real estate development industry, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
