Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations by welcoming visitors, attending phone calls, handling inquiries, and coordinating communication professionally. Support daily administrative activities including document handling, email coordination, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining office records. Assist different departments when required and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while maintaining a professional and organized reception environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Looking for a smart, professional, and multitasking female receptionist with good communication and organizational skills. Candidates should be presentable, computer literate, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. Preference will be given to candidates with UAE experience and strong knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and general administrative coordination.
