Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome, inform and guide visitors and customers.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails and requests for information.
  • Manage guest reservations, arrivals and departures (check-in / check-out).
  • Maintain customer records and files.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Good command of French (oral and written) another language is an asset.
  • My experience with office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Sense of hospitality, careful presentation, availability, courtesy and responsiveness.
