Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities and activities:
- Welcome customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform check-in and check-out
- Manage reservations (phone, e-mail, online platforms)
- Provide information on the hotel, services and surroundings
- Process requests, complaints and special situations of customers
- Ensure invoicing, collection and closing of cash register
- Coordinate with other departments (floor, maintenance, catering)
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the reception and compliance with procedures
- Apply safety and confidentiality rules
Skills required:
- Sense of welcome and excellent interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and oral expression
- Mastery of computer tools and hotel software
- Organization, rigor and management of priorities
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Training in hotel management / tourism or equivalent
- Experience desired in a similar position
- Languages:
- French: mandatory
- English: mandatory
- Other languages: an asset
Desired Candidate Profile
Main mission:
- Ensure customer reception, manage reception operations and guarantee a quality service contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required skills:
- Formation in hotel management / tourism or equivalent
- Experience desired in a similar position
