Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Record arrivals and departures, manage reservations and prepare invoices.
- Answering phone calls and emails, directing requests.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, catering, maintenance).
- Follow up on complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Mastery of oral and written expression in French (and possibly in English).
- Good mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organizational and priority management skills.
- Discretion, courtesy and professionalism.
