Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and courtesy. 
  • Record arrivals and departures, manage reservations and prepare invoices.
  • Answering phone calls and emails, directing requests.
  • Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, catering, maintenance).
  • Follow up on complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Mastery of oral and written expression in French (and possibly in English).
  • Good mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational and priority management skills.
  • Discretion, courtesy and professionalism.
