Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors with courtesy and professionalism. Receptionist
- Direct them to the relevant services or contacts.
- Answer incoming calls, screen and transfer as requested.
- Take messages and follow up actively.
- Manage the standard with clarity and speed.
- Reception and distribution of mail, parcels, deliveries.
- Preparation and filing of simple documents (visitor files, forms, etc.)
- Management of stationery, visitor badges, and reception stock.
- Reserve meeting rooms, arrange refreshments if necessary.
- Order taxis, plan trips or accommodation if requested.
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, pleasant and safe.
- Represent the company with elegance, calm and politeness in all circumstances.
- Mastery of the telephone switchboard and the rules of professional courtesy.
- Good knowledge of office tools.
- Use of visitor management software (optional but appreciated.)
- Ability to manage emergencies, priorities and unforeseen events.
- Excellent oral and written presentation in French (English appreciated depending on context.)
