Roles & Responsibilities

To provide in-person and telephone reception for visitors and clients.

  • To guide, inform and support people according to their needs.
  • Manage the telephone switchboard and the processing of requests.
  • To ensure the receipt, sorting and distribution of mail.
  • Keep up-to-date the registers, schedules and administrative documents li sl reception.

Good mastery of the French language (oral + written).

Good mastery of computer tools (Word, Excel, email).

Strong interpersonal skills, a smile, and a neat appearance.
