Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reception and management of internal and external telephone calls.
- Orientation of calls to the appropriate interlocutors.
- Professional and warm telephone reception.
- Management and updating of internal telephone directories.
- Transmission of messages and information to the various departments.
- Contribution to the good image of the company through fluid and efficient communication.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position.
Training: University level required.
Linguistic skills: Mastery of Arabic and French is essential; English is desirable.
Technical skills: Good command of office automation tools and telephone management systems.
Personal qualities: Sense of welcome, excellent communication, discretion, ability to manage priorities, organization.
