Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, follow up on customer requests.
  • Assist the sales and technical-sales team in daily administrative management.
  • Organize appointments, meetings and trips for team members.
  • Ensure the management and monitoring of customer files, ensuring the quality of service provided.
  • Participate in the preparation of commercial offers and contractual documents.
  • Contribute to the updating of customer and prospect databases.
  • Collaborate with the various departments to ensure smooth and efficient communication

  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in French; proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and commercial management software.
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously with rigor and autonomy.
  • Team spirit, customer service orientation and good presentation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Required diploma: Baccalaureate minimum, TS, License (LMD), Master
  • Professional experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position, ideally in the commercial, technical-commercial or customer service sectors.
  • Note: priority will be given to candidates residing near Blida center or in the surrounding area.
