Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, follow up on customer requests.
- Assist the sales and technical-sales team in daily administrative management.
- Organize appointments, meetings and trips for team members.
- Ensure the management and monitoring of customer files, ensuring the quality of service provided.
- Participate in the preparation of commercial offers and contractual documents.
- Contribute to the updating of customer and prospect databases.
- Collaborate with the various departments to ensure smooth and efficient communication
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in French; proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and commercial management software.
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously with rigor and autonomy.
- Team spirit, customer service orientation and good presentation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Required diploma: Baccalaureate minimum, TS, License (LMD), Master
- Professional experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position, ideally in the commercial, technical-commercial or customer service sectors.
- Note: priority will be given to candidates residing near Blida center or in the surrounding area.
