Roles & Responsibilities

  • To welcome visitors, clients or users in a professional and warm manner
  • Inform and guide people according to their needs
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Scheduling and organizing appointments
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing mail and parcels
  • Manage emails and messages
  • Keep the records up to date (visitors, appointments, badges, etc.)
  • Perform simple administrative tasks (filing, data entry, archiving)
