Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and inform customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Record arrivals and departures, manage reservations and prepare invoices.
  • Answering phone calls and emails, directing requests.
  • Coordinate with other departments (cleaning, catering, maintenance).
  • Follow up on complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French (and possibly English).
  • Good command of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
