Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and inform customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Record arrivals and departures, manage reservations and prepare invoices.
- Answering phone calls and emails, directing requests.
- Coordinate with other departments (cleaning, catering, maintenance).
- Follow up on complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French (and possibly English).
- Good command of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Discretion, courtesy and professionalism.
