Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and inform customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Record arrivals and departures, manage reservations and issue invoices.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, direct requests.
  • Coordinate with other services (housekeeping, catering, maintenance).
  • Follow up on complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills:

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in oral and written expression in French (and possibly in English).
  • Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to organize and manage priorities.
  • Discretion, courtesy and professionalism.
