Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receptionist
- Welcoming customers and visitors with courtesy and professionalism
- Managing telephone calls (receiving, directing, taking messages)
- Planning and organizing appointments
- To guide and inform visitors according to their needs
- To ensure basic administrative management (data entry, filing, updating of records)
- Ensure the reception area is kept in good condition
- Manage cash receipts or simple invoicing (if applicable)
- Transmit the information to the different departments
Desired Candidate Profile
- Training in secretarial work, reception or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred (ideally in a clinical setting)
- Excellent presentation and welcoming manner
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Mastery of basic computer tools
- Organization, rigor and discretion
- Customer service orientation
