Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receptionist

  • Welcoming customers and visitors with courtesy and professionalism
  • Managing telephone calls (receiving, directing, taking messages)
  • Planning and organizing appointments
  • To guide and inform visitors according to their needs
  • To ensure basic administrative management (data entry, filing, updating of records)
  • Ensure the reception area is kept in good condition
  • Manage cash receipts or simple invoicing (if applicable)
  • Transmit the information to the different departments

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Training in secretarial work, reception or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role preferred (ideally in a clinical setting)
  • Excellent presentation and welcoming manner
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Mastery of basic computer tools
  • Organization, rigor and discretion
  • Customer service orientation
