Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To physically welcome visitors and direct them
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Managing entries and exits (register, badges)
- Provide general information about the company
- Manage the mail (receipt, distribution)
- Ensure the reception area is kept in good condition
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education level: secondary or hospitality training
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French (and other languages appreciated)
