Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in person and by telephone.
  • Manage calls and direct customers according to their needs.
  • Schedule and organize appointments.
  • Carry out some simple administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy.
  • Help maintain a professional image of the company from the first contact.
  • Good level of spoken and written French.
