Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • In-person and telephone reception of clients
  • Appointment and scheduling management
  • Administrative follow-up (files, invoicing, filing)
  • Communication with clients and partners (WhatsApp, email, social networks)
  • Assistance with the daily organization of the office
  • Participation in order and delivery management
  • Contributing to brand image (digital presence, simple content if necessary)
