Receptionist Luxury Boutique Hotel (Downtown Cairo)

We are seeking a polished and attentive Receptionist to join the opening team of our luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Downtown Cairo. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will embody elegance, discretion, and personalized service, ensuring every arrival and departure is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a refined, welcoming check-in and check-out experience for all guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide discreet, tailored assistance.
  • Manage reservations and liaise with housekeeping to uphold impeccable room standards.
  • Offer concierge-level guidance on dining, culture, and city experiences.
  • Handle guest communications with warmth, precision, and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate billing and financial records with absolute discretion.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service, presentation, and hospitality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end customer service.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic (French or other languages are highly valued).
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage details flawlessly.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (PMS) preferred, though training will be provided.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating extraordinary guest experiences.
