Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and reception calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Address customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
- Manage visitor entry and ensure proper documentation.
- Support community operations by ensuring a pleasant experience for tenants, customers, and guests.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-7 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Professional appearance and attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and in an on-site office setting.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take initiative.
