Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately.
  • Manage the office front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding employee attendance and visitor arrangements.
  • Handle emergency situations calmly and follow company protocols.
  • Support HR and management with other administrative tasks as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 3 years of proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service role.
  • Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
