Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately.
- Manage the office front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding employee attendance and visitor arrangements.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow company protocols.
- Support HR and management with other administrative tasks as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 3 years of proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service role.
- Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
