Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive and deliver mail, parcels, and incoming documents.
  • Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings for employees and visitors.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Ensure visitor registration and notify employees of their arrival.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring coverage during working hours.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments and external parties, ensuring effective communication.
  • Provide administrative support, including printing documents, preparing files, and sending emails.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration.

Additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.

  • Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
