Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors professionally and ensure they are assisted promptly.
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain the reception area s cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating property viewing appointments.
- Support the sales and admin teams with basic tasks such as filing, printing, data entry, and documentation.
- Handle walk-in clients, provide initial information about available projects or units (training provided).
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Manage basic office supplies inventory and coordinate with the admin team when replenishment is needed.
- Support Operations or sales events when required (open house days, client visits, etc.).
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
- 0 2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative work.
- Previous experience in real estate is preferred (not mandatory).
- Presentable, well-spoken, and professional with excellent client-facing skills.
- Good communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Willingness to learn and assist in other administrative or sales-related tasks.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of responsibility.
