Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, bookings, and payments
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the booking system
- Handle cash, card payments, and daily cash reconciliation
- Coordinate with therapists and management regarding bookings and client flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Resolve client questions or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and daily reports
- Promote Recovery Lab services, packages, and memberships when appropriate
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (booking systems, WhatsApp, email, POS systems)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in Arabic; good English communication skills
