Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, bookings, and payments
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using the booking system
  • Handle cash, card payments, and daily cash reconciliation
  • Coordinate with therapists and management regarding bookings and client flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Resolve client questions or concerns in a calm and professional manner
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and daily reports
  • Promote Recovery Lab services, packages, and memberships when appropriate

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer skills (booking systems, WhatsApp, email, POS systems)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Fluent in Arabic; good English communication skills
