Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate client check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Assist clients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and other team members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Manage appointment calendars and notify staff of any changes or cancellations.
- Process payments and issue receipts as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
