Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel s booking system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area at all times.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash or credit transactions securely.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and hotel management software.
