Roles & Responsibilities
- Insurance verification, answering phones and scheduling patients.
- Maintain accurate reports Records of patient care, condition, progress.
- Scheduled and accompanied client to medical appointment.
- Responsible for administrative and Critical tasks.
- Answering telephones and emails as well as common questions about surgical times, appointments, and instructions.
- Providing patients with pre and post-operative instructions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or any related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Healthcare experience is a must.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
