Roles & Responsibilities

As a Receptionist at Honda Aftersales, you play a critical role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your primary responsibilities include managing the front desk, greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, and handling inquiries with professionalism. Success in this role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining orderly front desk operations, and supporting the service team efficiently. You are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a positive impression and consistent support throughout their visit.

What You Will Do:

General

  • Greet customers warmly and offer assistance as needed to ensure they feel welcomed.
  • Attend incoming telephonic calls promptly, ensuring all calls are answered within three rings.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments through designated systems like NWBC, and track customer arrivals for appointments.
  • Ensure messages are properly recorded and customers are called back by the concerned staff in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the front office, customer lounge, parking area, and refreshment areas in compliance with Honda standards.
  • Order and keep records of stationeries necessary for the operation of the facility.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Basic education with adept skills in communication.
