Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with departments for appointments.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar front-office or receptionist role.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Appearance: Must be well-groomed and presentable, as this is a front-of-house role.
