Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
Professional and friendly female receptionist to manage front desk operations.
First point of contact for visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Greet and assist visitors and clients.
Answer and direct phone calls Manage appointment schedules.
Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Requirements :
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Prior experience preferred.
Must be in Qatar
