Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and meeting rooms
  • Support administrative tasks and office operations
  • Handle document filing, scanning, and basic data entry

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written & spoken)
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Transferable visa or visit visa
  • Immediate availability
