Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Tamani Marina Hotel.
The ideal candidate will have prior hotel front desk experience, preferably with Opera PMS knowledge, and the ability to communicate fluently in Arabic (preferred) as well as English.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will deliver outstanding service, ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures, and support a welcoming and hospitable environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
Manage check-in, check-out, and room assignments efficiently using Opera PMS.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain records, process payments, and ensure accuracy in billing.
Uphold the highest standards of grooming, courtesy, and customer service.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks at the Front Desk as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Front Office / Guest Service experience in a hotel.
Opera PMS system knowledge is required.
Arabic language skills preferred; proficiency in English is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and guest-focused approach.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
