Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously. Schedule and manage appointments efficiently. Promote clinic services and products, contributing to sales targets. Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality. Assist in administrative tasks, including billing and insurance follow-ups. Support the team in creating a positive patient experience at every touchpoint.
Desired Candidate Profile
Filipino nationality preferred.
Previous experience as a receptionist or front-desk associate in a healthcare or service environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic sales skills and the ability to promote clinic services effectively.
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in MS Office and appointment management systems.
