Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing client calls with professionalism and efficiency

• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic s booking system

• Provide pet owners with information on services, treatments, and updates on their pets well-being

• Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism

• Support the veterinary team (vets and nurses) with daily tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in a client-facing role (veterinary or medical setting is a plus)

• Excellent communication skills

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable and happy around animals (must love animals!)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and administration software
