Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, and take messages when necessary.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Provide basic information to visitors and clients regarding the company’s services.
Assist in administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Ensure compliance with security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges.
Support other departments with general office tasks as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Customer service-oriented approach..
