Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, and take messages when necessary.

  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Provide basic information to visitors and clients regarding the company’s services.

  • Assist in administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.

  • Ensure compliance with security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges.

  • Support other departments with general office tasks as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Customer service-oriented approach..
