Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Register patients, verify identification, and update personal and insurance information in the hospital system.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for patients and medical staff.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
  • Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating as necessary.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries to appropriate departments.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, confidentiality standards, and safety protocols at all times.

  • - (0 2) years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
    - Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
    - Ability to multitask and manage the time effectively .
