Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our resort in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming experience and providing exceptional service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly

• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

• Provide information about resort services, amenities, and local attractions

• Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:

• Saudi National (mandatory)

• 1–5 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality/resort/hotel preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems is a plus
