Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, presentable, and proactive Receptionist to support our executive team for our office premises in Sin El Fil-Beirut
This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of our leadership office and requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally,
Knowledge of filing systems and common office procedures
Keep track of meetings and appointments
Draft, format, and translate official correspondence and documents.
Answering phone calls in a professional way
Manage front desk
Customer service: Provide friendly and efficient service to visitors and clients
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and teamwork
demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on actions
Coordinate office tasks, ensure timelines are met, and support operational excellence
Requirements:
3 - 4 years of proven experience in a similar administrative or executive support role
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - formatting, data organization, and presentation skills must be advanced
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Must be highly self-motivated and professional
