Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
General Missions:
Registers customer reservations Welcomes and assists the customer from arrival to departure Contributes to their ongoing satisfaction by ensuring quality service throughout their stay Contributes to achieving the quantitative objectives of their department through sales efforts
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Relations: Contributes to customer satisfaction: Welcomes the customer upon arrival with courtesy and attention. Contributes to customer loyalty through a warm and personalized relationship. Ensures that administrative procedures never overshadow the relationship with the customer Takes into account and anticipates the customer's needs Manages any objections and/or remarks from the customer; Ensures a response is provided as quickly as possible and in accordance with the Contract. 15 minutes. Ibis Vehicle, through its impeccable attitude, reflects the image of its brand and its hotel.
Technical/Production:
Ensures operations related to customer reception and departure in compliance with internal procedures. Informs the customer about the conditions of their stay, formalities, and services offered by the hotel. Manages telephone calls. Transmits necessary information to other departments (floors, technical, etc.) and other members of their department. Ensures the availability and up-to-dateness of documents, products, and supplies necessary for the department and/or the customer. Takes reservations. Prepares and serves a snack or breakfast outside of restaurant opening hours.
Sales/Commercial:
Promotes the hotel's various services to optimize sales. Applies and explains the hotel's pricing policy to maximize RevPAR. Promotes the ALL loyalty program and adapts sales pitches to meet customer needs. Contributes to synergy within the hotel network by stimulating inter-hotel referrals. Advises customers on potential future stays at Accor hotels. Regular monitoring and follow-up of psychosocial risks (RPS), the quality of services offered through customer feedback, feedback during departmental meetings, etc.
Management:
Respects billing and collection procedures. Manages the assigned cash fund. May be responsible for preparing and sending invoices to various debtors. Generates certain accounting and statistical information for the assistant manager or director.
Hygiene/Safety of Persons/Environment
: Ensures the cleanliness of the workplace. Knows and applies hotel safety rules (fire, etc.). Ensures the safety of property and people.
