Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you ll manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and respond to guest enquiries with professionalism and care. You ll be the go-to for local insights, sharing recommendations and ensuring each guest experiences the magic of Moroccan hospitality and the best of Marrakesh.
You ll be someone who works well in a customer focused environment, can manage multiple tasks with ease, and bring a positive, professional approach to every interaction. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Marrakech, Morocco.
Desired Candidate Profile
Some of the experience you ll bring with you may include:
2+ years experience working in a hotel/riad in a polyvalent receptionist or guest services role handling different operational aspects of a Riad
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft office and other booking systems
Fluency in French, Arabic, and English
Organised with the ability to multitask and work in a high pressure environment
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
